FinoComp 2022: Our year in review
This video gives a glimpse of the busy year we have had. 2022 saw us launch our inaugural Fincast series, where we released several episodes including those welcoming a number of Finterns, new cohorts and other new members to our team!
Throughout this year technology played a key role in keeping our company connected as well as facilitating communications with those outside our community. For example; hosting webinars during the Bravura Solutions Pensions Dashboard Week and of course our regular Spanish club!
We were also pleased to participate at several expo’s where we were able to speak with students about tech and career opportunities and where we were also able to find our amazing Finterns.
This year past also saw us saying a fond farewell to our founder Ray Tubman. Ray had spent the last seven years growing and developing FinoComp into what it is today and has been an integral part of its success. Ray has ‘passed on the torch’ to Mike Baker, who became our new Managing Director in January.
It wasn’t all work though! We had lots of fun trivia sessions as well as our monthly RUMBA celebrations, world cup competition and a company picnic in the church grounds. We also had a FinoSock competition of who could create the most creative image with their FinoComp socks! This year we had to sadly cancel our dragon boat race on Lake Illawarra, do to torrential rain but were able to make the most of our training sessions !
A big thank you to all of our amazing staff and to all of our clients for their support this year. We look forward to continuing working with you into 2023.
