FinoComp video: Our year in review
In a year that started with the green shoots of hope, with the world beginning to open-up we were excited to see everyone back in the office when we held our inaugural “Ficnic” in March. This all came to shuddering halt when Delta hit, and were once again adapting to a “new normal”, where technology plays an enormous role in keeping people connected and our company culture alive…. Although we’re pretty well versed at this now!
Here at FinoComp, 2021 saw us continue to provide first class service to our wealth management clients, we welcomed new clients, increased our headcount significantly and successfully enrolled and onboarded our Finterns and all our new starters. Our “year in review” video gives a further glimpse as to what we have been up to, from our first outdoor Ficnic back in March to our virtual events, including our virtual trivia, escape room and online quiz shows. Which all were a monumental success apart from a minor disagreement over Smarties and M&Ms #smartiegate. We even managed an Abba themed virtual quiz show, where teams were encouraged to dress up and raise money for charity, so the winner didn’t take it all! Zuko, Andrea’s Jenday Conure also tweeted us to a guest appearance in the office.
